A staggering 96% of those surveyed by application platform, KnowledgeKube, identified that more than a quarter of their processes were inefficient.

Per Bendix Olsen, Senior Director from Microsoft believes the philosophy behind smart cities is developing solutions that enable users to move forward. In addition, he considers Smart Cities to be an area of interest and fast growth, and in order to move forward we need to standardise data as much as possible in the backend to make it accessible for citizens.
